Utan Kadong Santan

Material:

* 250 gr beef lung

* 250 g pumpkin, diced

* 200 gr chickpea

* 750 ml coconut milk

* 3 cm galangal

* 2 tsp lemon grass

* 4 sheets of orange leaves

* 1 teaspoon salt

* 3 tablespoons cooking oil

Blend:

* 8 pcs onion

* 4 cloves garlic

* 1 tsp coriander

How to make:

* Boil the lungs until tender, cut into 2 x 2 x 2 cm.

* Heat oil and fry spice mixture until fragrant.

* Add the galangal, lemon grass, salt, lime leaves, and cow lungs, mix well.

* Pour the coconut milk, bring to a boil, add pumpkin, and beans.

* Cook until all ingredients are cooked.

Serves 6

Egg Sambal Cipri

Material:

* Btr 6 eggs

* 100 ml water

Blend:

* 4 cloves garlic

* 5 pcs red chilli

* 200 gr poor apple, diced

* 1 tsp sugar

* 1 teaspoon salt

* 1 teaspoon vinegar

How to make:

* Cook eggs until done.

* Peel, slivers, then fried until the skin.

* Stir-fry until fragrant delicate flavor, put the eggs and apples.

* Cook until apples are soft and spices soak into the egg.

* Add the sugar, salt and vinegar, stir well.

Serves 6
